Darren Giles – Director

With over 35 years in architectural design and project management, I’ve developed a deep passion for the built environment from an early age which began after studying Building Science at The Hertfordshire Building College in the UK. Now based on the Kapiti Coast, I am affiliated to the NZIA and a registered design class 3 Licensed Building Practitioner.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked on a diverse range of projects, including single and multi-residential buildings, mixed-use developments, commercial spaces, and light industrial structures. I’ve managed teams of design consultants and administered various project contracts, gaining extensive knowledge in both design and construction spanning the UK, central Europe and New Zealand.

I believe in strong design principles and, most importantly, listening to my clients to deliver their vision and exceed their expectations.
